    • The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, or non-infringement.

The provider does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, delay, defect, or error, nor that any identified issues will be corrected within a specific timeframe or at all.
  • SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS
    • Any software, application, or client provided by the provider, regardless of the operating system (including but not limited to Windows, macOS, or other platforms), is distributed and made available strictly “as is”.

The provider does not warrant that the software will be free of bugs, defects, vulnerabilities, or incompatibilities with specific hardware, operating systems, or third-party software environments.

The user acknowledges that installation and use of the software may involve risks, including but not limited to system instability, crashes, performance degradation, or conflicts with other software components.
  • SECURITY AND TECHNICAL RISKS
    • While reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to secure the service, no system can be considered entirely secure.

The provider does not guarantee the absence of viruses, malware, unauthorized access, data breaches, or other harmful components. The user remains solely responsible for implementing appropriate security measures, including but not limited to antivirus protection, system updates, firewall configuration, and data backups.
  • DATA, FILES, AND RENDERING OUTPUTS
    • The user is solely responsible for all files, projects, data, and content uploaded, processed, or stored through the service.

The provider does not guarantee the integrity, availability, or preservation of any data. Loss, corruption, alteration, or deletion of files, including rendering outputs, may occur.

The user is strongly advised to maintain independent backups of all critical data. Under no circumstances shall the provider be liable for any data loss or damage.
  • PERFORMANCE AND RENDERING RESULTS
    • No guarantees are made regarding rendering performance, processing times, output quality, or completion of jobs.

Performance may vary significantly depending on numerous factors, including but not limited to hardware configuration, network conditions, workload distribution, system availability, and external dependencies.
  • INFRASTRUCTURE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
    • The service may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to cloud infrastructure, hosting services, storage solutions, and network providers.

The provider shall not be held liable for any failure, interruption, degradation, delay, or data loss caused directly or indirectly by such third-party services.
  • AVAILABILITY AND MAINTENANCE
    • The service may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

The provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

No guarantee of uptime, availability, or continuity of service is provided.
  • USER RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
    • The user is solely responsible for the use of the service and software, including all actions performed under their account.

The user agrees not to use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, and warrants that they hold all necessary rights to any content submitted or processed through the platform.
  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

In any case where liability is established, the total liability of the provider shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the user for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
    • By using the service and associated software, the user acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with digital services, distributed computing, and software execution environments.

The user agrees that they use the service and software entirely at their own risk and discretion.
